Are your diamonds real?

Yes. All diamonds at A New Dawn Jewelry are lab-grown which makes then chemically, physically, and optically identical to mined diamonds, just created in a controlled environment rather than underground. They’re 100% real diamonds.

Why lab-grown instead of mined?

Lab-grown diamonds have a far smaller environmental footprint and no risk of conflict sourcing, while offering the same quality and sparkle  at a more accessible price.

What metals do you use?

Depending on the piece items can be made in 10k/14k/18k gold, and platinum. Some items can be made in sterling silver

Do you offer sizing for rings?

In stock rings can be sized, depending on the ring and size needed. Ring sizing for jewelry not purchased at A New Dawn is not available. 

What’s your return policy?

Custom pieces are final sale. In stock items have a 30 day return policy. Items for return must be in original condition.
